Who we share your data with

I don’t share your data with anyone, I run this site by myself. My site and email do run through third party services (eg Google), so your information is being handled by those services through my account.

How long we retain you data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

You can request a record of the personal data that I have on you, and that I erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data I am obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. To make a request or enquiry about your data contact rosa[at]rosadevine.com

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. If you contact us through the contact form your contact details will be emailed directly to the owner of the website.
